Shipping Within Canada
We offer a flat shipping rate of $9.99 CAD on all orders shipped within Canada.
Free standard shipping is available on orders of $75 CAD or more (before taxes and after discounts).
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays that are beyond our control.
Free Local Delivery
We proudly offer free local delivery on orders of $75 CAD or more within:
- Rothesay, New Brunswick
- Quispamsis, New Brunswick
If your address qualifies, the local delivery option will automatically appear at checkout.
Local deliveries are delivered twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders must be received by 11:59 pm (AST) on the Sunday for delivery on Tuesday and by 11:59 pm (AST) on Tuesday for delivery on Thursday.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
During product launches, promotions, and holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and support.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. K Valley Kids Collective is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
