Returns & Exchanges Policy
At K Valley Kids Collective, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns that meet the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Items must be:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In their original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.
How to Start a Return
Orders Shipped Within Canada
To request a return, please contact us at shop@kvalleykidsco.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided. Items must be mailed back within the timeframe provided.
Local Delivery Orders
For orders delivered locally within Rothesay and Quispamsis, please email shop@kvalleykidsco.com to request a return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@kvalleykidsco.com and include photos of the item. We will work quickly to make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
